Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you book a golf simulator, send us a message through the contact form, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect what you type into that form — typically your name, email address, phone number, party size, and any notes or message you include.

Basic website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you. We see aggregate counts, not individual visitors.

What we don't collect. We do not take payment online, so we never see your card details — golf simulator bays are paid for in person. We don't run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.

We use your information to hold and manage your reservation, to answer the question you asked us, and — if you signed up for it — to send you occasional emails about events, specials, and league news. That's it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work: our website host (Vercel), our database provider (Neon), and our email delivery service (Resend). Each handles the data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and we honor it permanently unless you sign up again yourself.

Booking confirmations and replies to your contact-form message are transactional — you'll get those because you asked us for something, whether or not you're on the newsletter list.

Reservations and contact-form messages stay in our staff dashboard so we can look up your history and serve you better on a return visit. Newsletter signups stay on the list until you unsubscribe. If you'd like anything removed sooner, just ask.

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email mankatogm@crookedpint.com and we'll take care of it. There's no form to fill out and we won't make it difficult.

Plenty of kids come to The Pond, but this website isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information online. Reservations and inquiries should be made by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
